Strength Gym - Khar

I’ve had an incredible experience at this gym so far! The equipment is top-notch and well-maintained, making every workout efficient and enjoyable. The floor trainers are always around to guide and support, which really helps in staying motivated and injury-free. What sets this place apart is the range of additional facilities — from ice baths to steam and sauna — it truly feels like a complete wellness package. The staff is courteous, attentive, and always willing to help. Overall, this has been the best gym experience I’ve had. Highly recommended for anyone serious about fitness and recovery.

One of the better gyms out there. They have top of the line equipment and always try and keep improving by updating their equipment every couple of months. The staff is really nice and helpful and the trainers extremely knowledgeable. The gym in general is quite spacious and despite having a ton of members never feels short for space. The atmosphere is always upbeat and gets you going. Definitely would recommend it to everyone in and around the area.

I thought the manager was just being nice and helping me with my fitness goals, but he asked for my number and texted me 20+ times. He also called me twice. Facilities and the rest of the staff and gym community were nice. I thought the sauna and pool table were awesome. I’m disappointed that this unprofessional and inappropriate behavior affected my experience at an otherwise great gym.
