He’s knowledgeable, takes the time to listen to my “aches and pains,” and always asks thoughtful follow-up questions. I leave feeling lighter, looser, and with noticeably less pain. The “homework” stretches are simple but effective - and they’re really making a difference in my day-to-day. Highly recommend!

Just opened, feels a bit bare, but great space and light with large windows. Did an initial assessment, they use a cool photo & video based app to assess your movements and come up with a stretch plan. Would have preferred more of a stretch on first visit but looking forward to getting going next visit! Worth a try!
