Being around 50 I didn’t think I would be fit enough but the way Master Lisa and the other excellent instructors run the club means there is no pressure at all. I have worked my way up and am currently training for my black tag belt (the one before Black Belt) and am immensely proud of what I have achieved. Our daughter is now a Black Belt herself and it has helped her confidence no end. If you fancy it just come along and you will be given a warm welcome 👍
