Unacceptable experience with Vikas. Despite sending numerous emails and reminders, I've been met with complete silence. No response to emails, no return phone calls. It's been 2 years since I lent $1500 for some services, but unfortunately no outcome.I'm still waiting for my money back. Vikas, if you're reading this, I urge you to take responsibility and return what's owed to me. You're asking me to delete the reviews, but I'm not willing to do that. My priority is getting my money refunded.

Their office casually forgot to inform the applicant that their work permit application was rejected 5+ months ago and they should leave the country. 5 MONTHS LATER they just simply forward the rejection like it carried no importance or serious consequences. Yet another useless immigrations consultancy office in Surrey that lacks passion or motive (other than $$, of course) and professionalism. Stay away from their office unless you want your application results to be sitting for 5 months in their office before you're informed. Replying to their response to my initial comment. 1. The office never informed the employer (or myself) in those 5 months. No written communication in 5 months. So, their statement to my comment is false. 2. Secondly, I personally had to email multiple times throughout the application process to simply get one response from them. This was before the refusal. 3. Thirdly, glad to see how you’ve delved into details to respond to my comment in public, however this information was not even provided when you simply forwarded the refusal (5 months later to the employer). 4. If it wasn’t clear in my previous comment, the issue is NOT the application getting refused (so it’s useless you disclose publicly the details of our case) but that you forwarded the refusal 5 MONTHS LATE. If only you had put half of the effort that you put in responding to my comment, maybe there wouldn’t be delays in your office. There was a serious oversight but DO NOT lie to cover the mistake when people should know how exactly your office operates. Won’t be engaging any longer with their staff so feel free to cover up your public image by spreading further false information that serves your purpose.
