Tooth DoctorHorrible customer service. Purchased 2 pull out sofas ~$2000, one had a manufacturer defect and the wheels were not aligned so it didn’t pull out properly. I only found this out after assembling. After 2 weeks with customer service they want me now to wrap up this couch, they are offering me the same couch without any compensation for my wasted time, or even including assembly. If you’re looking for terrible customer service, Structube is for you.

We had seen the "Minnesota" a few times during previous visits, however this time the price had come down quite a bit so we lept at the chance. Our sales associate Meriam was very friendly and helpful in which we were told that the couch would arrive in time for the summer, we were pleasantly surprised at how fast the couch had arrived, the delivery and assembly of the couch was smooth and we couldn't be happier! Thanks again to Meriam and the tean for an awesome shopping experience!
