We selected SDNW for our first custom home build based on some very good advice to ask subcontractors which builders they prefer to work with...SDNW was mentioned by many. They weren't wrong. What we heard from many would be a very difficult and stressful process was made easy by SDNW. They guided us through the entire process from design to planning to budgeting to build to post build warranty and built an amazing home for us on time and on budget! We continue to recommend SDNW to anybody who needs a home built.

We recently built our second home with SDNW. Dan, Scott and team were incredible (again) to work with. From pre-build to construction, they were always available and involved. Construction is a world with a lot of moving parts and personalities -- add to it the logistical challenges of a post-COVID supply chain. Despite all that they hit the CO date with a home that didn't disappoint. Don't plan to ever build again...but if we did, we'd absolutely go with Dan and Scott.

From design, to permitting, to the construction, they were professional, responsive, fun to work with and most of all they presented us with a beautiful, solidly built, custom home, to our specs, ON BUDGET, and ahead of schedule! The project supervisor, Jason, was great to work with, and amazing in his coordination of all the many moving pieces.
