We chose the team at Pine Glen to renovate our dated kitchen and transform it into a modern, open-concept layout. Eddie and Renato oriented us to their process and put together a clear renovation scope of work and timeline. Rosanna and Jordan introduced us to various trade partners and vendors. They were diligent in following up on all our product selections and the estimation process. Renan orchestrated and organized the various teams of trades to ensure the project was on track. We were kept abreast of changes and anticipated delays from start to finish. Renan facilitated communication seamlessly so the trades understood our expectations. We were slightly over the original timeline due to delivery delays for items we personally ordered. Rosanna and Jordan were extremely patient as we made a dozen or more changes to our selections (flooring, paint, slab), resulting in multiple change orders. Thankfully, the Pine Glen team is exceptionally reliable, responsive, and detail-oriented. The end result was better than what we originally envisioned. Renan and Jordan were also proactive—they not only executed the work but also provided thoughtful, constructive solutions throughout the project. After the final inspection, Pine Glen promptly addressed minor deficiencies. They followed up after we moved in to ensure everything was working well, which really speaks to their accountability and commitment to quality. We are glad we made the right decision to have Pine Glen redesign our new home.
