We chose the team at Pine Glen to renovate our dated kitchen and transform it into a modern, open-concept layout. Eddie and Renato oriented us to their process and put together a clear renovation scope of work and timeline. Rosanna and Jordan introduced us to various trade partners and vendors. They were diligent in following up on all our product selections and the estimation process. Renan orchestrated and organized the various teams of trades to ensure the project was on track. We were kept abreast of changes and anticipated delays from start to finish. Renan facilitated communication seamlessly so the trades understood our expectations. We were slightly over the original timeline due to delivery delays for items we personally ordered. Rosanna and Jordan were extremely patient as we made a dozen or more changes to our selections (flooring, paint, slab), resulting in multiple change orders. Thankfully, the Pine Glen team is exceptionally reliable, responsive, and detail-oriented. The end result was better than what we originally envisioned. Renan and Jordan were also proactive—they not only executed the work but also provided thoughtful, constructive solutions throughout the project. After the final inspection, Pine Glen promptly addressed minor deficiencies. They followed up after we moved in to ensure everything was working well, which really speaks to their accountability and commitment to quality. We are glad we made the right decision to have Pine Glen redesign our new home. We highly recommend Pine Glen to anyone looking for an accountable, dedicated team that delivers craftsmanship and excellence.

I've been in the renovation industry for over 20 years and I can confidently say that Pine Glen is one of the most professionally run home building/large renovation companies I've ever done business with. I've been a supplier of Pine Glen Homes for over 10 years, working with many of their clients on larger projects that required complex tile installations, and I've recommended many homeowners to them over the years as well. I've never heard a complaint or even a mildly negative comment regarding their service and professionalism, which is saying a lot considering the volume of work they complete in a year. In all our interactions with them over the years, I've always found Pine Glen has done these three things extremely well: 1. They're very responsive, no matter who you reach out to. I can send an email to the owners (Eddie and Justin) this afternoon and have a response back within an hour and I'm not even a client. Jenna (Project Manager) is the same way. That level of communication goes a long way for suppliers and clients alike. 2. They're very well organized. Pine Glen takes great care with client product selections and it shows because we rarely get a change order from them. They really work to limit mistakes. 3. They don't restrict what their clients are able to select. The client chooses the finishings and Pine Glen charges accordingly and installs what the client wants. This is not the case with many home builders unfortunately. If you're looking for a reputable builder/contractor I'd definitely recommend you call Pine Glen for a quote!
