I've had a problem with my teeth for a while now. After doing great deal of research, i made the decsion to try out veneers. I contacted Hollywood cosmetics and booked a appointment with Jill. On my visit, Jill explained the full process and was very professional. I had moulds taken for my teeth. One week later the veneers were ready for pickup. On collection, Jill spent 10 minutes making sure the veneers fit correctly. The fit was much better than i expected, after a few minutes i forget i'm wearing them. It's given me confidence now to smile. Great service and would highly recommend Jill and Hollywood cosmetics, if you are considering veneers. Happy Customer

❌ Please read before ordering! ❌ My mum and i looked at secret veneers for a while and were pleased to see there was someone near by that we could speak to as opposed to ordering online as we both had requests to what we were looking for. I booked in with Jill herself as she advertised on the facebook market. We arrived at the office in Paisley and were taken 40 mins late which i understand things run on so we eventually met Jill and she began to explain things. The first alarm bell was that she had no samples or colour charts so all we got to see was her own veneers (which is not what you get, but i’ll get to that) . My mum explained what she wanted and i explained i had an adult tooth that was late coming in and annoyed me so asked for that to be extended on the veneers which Jill asured me was no problem. All sounded great and we decided to go ahead with getting impressions. The next alarm bell was when she never used gloves when mixing the impression mould between her hand and how many attempts it too her to mix it right let alone how many attempts at physically getting the impressions right from our teeth! Eventually she said we got them and they were bagged up and we both paid £100 deposit and were told theyd be in the following week. I then messaged Jill on the day we were due to get them as i hadnt heard anything and she said they had been sent back from “the lab” and i needed new top impressions and my mum needed both done again. We gave her the benefit of the doubt & went back over, again nearly an hour of faffinb about trying to get the mix right & the impressions being wrong. Again we were told ok we were good to go , this was after she threw my mums impressions in the bin, she didnt have a clue tbh. So again we were told they’d be in the following Tuesday. Once again on the day due she said they’d came in and she wasnt happy with them so she was sending them back. I couldnt so much so again we waited and finally they were in! Jill had been dealing with me with any concerns but on this day she decided to phone my mum and ask if we wanted them posted and how we are making the rest of the payment which my mum found odd and said no we’d like to see them before paying the rest. This is where it gets good ... We arrived excited to get them, i was up first .... she took mine out the jiffy back & i thought she was joking, they were nothing like the teeth she showed us, they were uneven at the tops, the tooth i asked to be extended was moulded exactly like my own tooth, the bottom set had my front teeth crossed over & were just plain ridiculous! I put them in and was physically gagging on them and had to remove them before i was sick! My mum was up next .. her bottom set had a long front tooth that made her look like nanny mcphee! They didnt fit correctly so Jill took them, cut them and used a nail file from her drawer to file them down! Then after a wee rinse in a bowl that she rinsed mine in!, she asked her to try again which cut my mums gums at the back. Her top set wouldnt even go in as they were squint. I politely asked Jill forna refund which she was reluctant to give & said it Costs them £100 to make. I explained that they were not what is advertised and we need our money back. Jill did send our money back to us the following week. Please consider my experience before giving them your buisness

Worst experience of my life. Biggest waste of money of my life. £325 for a product that was sent back 3 times. No customer service . The teeth Didn’t fit properly, can’t talk with them in - the company had ignored all correspondence from trading standards for breaking the consumer trading act. Won’t issue a refund which I’m Fully entitled to. JILL CRAIG IS A SCAMMER - AVOID AVOID AVOID
