I came here with my mom at 3:00pm for an appointment with Freshta, I asked her to cut my hair based on a layered haircut which was supposed to reach a medium length, but she cut it way too short for my liking. To add, my hair looks nothing like the reference (which could be excusable due to the fact that my hair is very thick whilst the woman in the picture had thinner hair, but there were too many short layers on the side of my head, which gave me a weird round shape + shorter layers on the back of my head which was not in the picture & nor was it asked for.) I was in tears before leaving the place and I miss my inital long hair. If you're going to go here, make sure to specify not to cut it too short, because even though that is what i specified, it still happened.

From reservation, the service was great, with a reminder text. I went in for a trim. Freshta was very nice, on time, she made sure to communicate well before hand so you get the desired results. She taught me how to style my hair at home, very sweet of her. Also honest answer when I asked about perm my hair, really appreciate her service all in all. Thank you!
