I recently had my hair done by Meg, and I couldn't be happier with the results! From the moment I sat in her chair, Meg was incredibly personable and made me feel completely comfortable. She listened to what I was looking for, offering great suggestions while also ensuring my vision was understood. The haircut she gave me is absolutely perfect – it's exactly what I wanted and falls beautifully. It is also so much more healthier and the products used are high end. Beyond that, the balayage she did is simply stunning. The color is seamless, natural-looking, and adds so much dimension. She truly has an artistic eye and a fantastic hand with color. What really stood out was how open she was to feedback throughout the process. She checked in regularly, and I felt completely at ease discussing any adjustments. I do not recommend this salon and would like to share factual information and photo evidence of what I have experienced these past few months. I requested a soft subtle sunkissed balayage by the manager, Joanna. Please view the pictures to see the various shades of grey, blonde, orange, yellow and brass “highlights” that I was given. A few days later, the owner, Lara, offered to fix my hair for free and replicate the balayage picture. Seeing as she was the owner, I trusted her. After this treatment, my hair then turned shades of red and purple. The next best solution that we mutually agreed on was to dye my hair back to my “natural brunette colour”. After this treatment, my hair came out black (not even close to my natural colour- see collage photo). I was not expecting it to be this dark, but it was better than the first treatment. In the salon that day, the owner and I made a mutual agreement that she would continue to maintain my hair. As the black dye faded over the next 8 weeks, my hair turned to complete red/brass (picture attached). I went in for a second time to have my hair coloured back to it’s natural brown colour and I was told that I would have to pay for this service. After voicing my concerns the owner agreed to pay for this dye but I was informed that this would be the last time this service was offered for free. I am utterly disappointed in this salon for ruining my beautiful virgin hair. After coming here for 2 years to have my hair cut, I really trusted them to give me the balayage look that I was after. If I had gotten the balayage that I requested in the first place, I would have never had to return for updated colours. Now I will be finding a different salon and spending hundreds of dollars dying my hair every 8 weeks to try to maintain my natural brown colour. The photos speak for themselves.

I’ve been getting my hair done by Brooke for almost two years now and she’s the only person I trust with my hair and she’s never let me down! Having long hair is a challenge at times and trusting someone to colour and cut it can be difficult but she’s amazing at communicating to ensure we’re on the same page and always double checks if I want anything else done before finishing the service. Brookes attention to detail is amazing, she’s always making sure you’re happy and that is so reassuring as a client and will never go unnoticed with me. I’ve recommended her to so many people and will continue to do so because she does such an amazing job with my hair!
