I hired THE FIRST FERRY in mid-August to install full-wall wardrobes at my client’s place. The owner named Mr. Prateek, personally met the client, took all the requirements, and promised top-quality work with Italian hardware, guaranteeing that the wardrobes would be completed by 17th September. What actually happened was a complete disaster. There was no communication, no updates, and constant delays. Every time we contacted him, he had excuses — first a week, then another week. Then he started lying outright, saying the goods would arrive “tomorrow” and installation would start “the next day,” but it never did. Day after day, week after week, we were strung along with empty promises. The absolute low point was 13th October, when he went to the client’s place and waited all day for his team to arrive — they never showed up. He finally left in the evening, leaving both the client and me frustrated beyond words. This is not just unprofessional, it’s deceitful. He talks a good game and knows how to lure you in, but in reality, he is a liar, a fraud, and completely untrustworthy. We are still waiting for a refund for the advance payment he took, which he clearly has no intention of honoring. Do not hire this person. Ever. If you value your time, money, and sanity, stay far, far away.
