We had a leak in our bathroom under the sink. I noticed that my neighbor had a plumbing truck in his driveway so I wrote the number down to see if I could call and get an appointment. The name on the truck was Butler Plumbing Services. I called and talked to Jeff, He came over to look at my leak, He was able to give me a price and fixed it within about an hour or so, He was so friendly and did a great job, I was so impressed by the time and dedication to getting it done. The price was reasonable and within what we could pay. Thank You Butler Plumbing Services, I would recommend your Company to anyone.
LOL, $129 to come out to give a price for replacing a STANDARD electric water heater. Only ones I called that charged for estimate. IMO very expensive on the pricing which is why they want to come out so they can pressure you into making a decision on the spot. I don't ever hire companies that want to come out to give a price on something so simple as a water heater in a garage. From my experience they do this so they can damage your equipment then make it so you have to get it done ASAP. This is NOT good customer service to have to spend all the time to make an appointment and meet them there for what? It's just a water heater quote. Others just had me text them a pic. UPDATE: LOL no one expect a free water heater. However it's common practice to give FREE QUOTES. This is what is looks like when an silly person owns a business. Images of clowns come to mind. Motivated to Youtube it, no hard at all to DIY.
Butler Plumbing is great. I have used Butler Plumbing several times at my personal residence and have happily recommended them to friends and clients over many years. They are a professional and competent company. Jon arrives on time, assesses the situation and makes his recommendation, gets the job done in a timely fashion and cleans up before he leaves. Bonnie in the office is great to deal with as well. She's knowledgeable, responds quickly to calls and gets the appointments scheduled as soon as possible. I highly recommend Butler Plumbing.
