Just had to come and quickly share the incredible customer service experience I just had. I bought a pair of shoes that unfortunately started to come apart within a few days of wearing them but had thrown out the receipt. When I went in, the sales person was able to find and re-print my receipt AND passed on to the store owner that my hope was for a replacement pair not refund since only one shoe was damaged and I suspect it isn't a brand quality issue - just a one off with the shoe. The store owner just called me back to say the brand is sending a replacement pair and I can pick them up in about 10 days. This is why need to support local! I don't think MEC or Walmart would have taken on reaching out to the manufacturer on my behalf but Style Coast did.

Exceptional service and attentiveness offered with friendly and courteous demeanour. Very hard to find these days. Combine that with a curated selection of high quality products and this place is a real local gem. Sidney should be proud. I wish we still had stores like this in small town Ontario.

Staff were nice enough, but all the men's pants are sold in '32' length. Pretty useless to anyone not six-foot plus in height.
