This store, as many have said, is a huge waste of time and energy. Called ahead to ask if they're buying clothes, they said yes. Brought in a huge garbage bag full of clothes, specifically the items mentioned on the phone that they were looking for (clothes are heavy). When I got there, they didn't even look through all my items, and the garbage bag was left ripped apart on the floor with half of the clothes hanging out. They offered me 2 dollars for one item. I was left to try to fit everything back in a torn bag, they stood there and didn't offer help or apologize for the ransacking of the bag. I had to juggle it back to my car. So frustrating how they didn't even care to look at all my stuff, which was a lot nicer than the crap they had on their racks. I brought guess, nhl, and other brand name clothes. Don't waste your time here.

Great store for second hand, fashionable clothing. Prices are fair and selection is typically pretty good (depending on when you go). Return policy is typical - 7 days to return with receipt and tags still attached. Love shopping here for myself and my girls, and I love that they recently have created a men’s section as well! They could stand to focus less on some of the brand name purses and get more clothing items in, but that might be a matter of opinion :).

Use to bring my sister here who was going through chemo. Always found nice clothing for her. Now the racks look like worn clothing and mostly teenage stuff. Brought in Banana Republic clothing and didn’t want it. All in excellent condition clean and pressed. Looked so much better than the clothing on their racks. Not worth my drive anymore.

store has gone to shite and i don’t even think they looked through all of my clothes. I know they like name brand and i had TONS of name brand clothing/shoes (including docs that were in better condition than the ones on their shelf) and i had all of the stuff they were asking for on their board. Place used to be better than plato’s but now it’s just the same
