I really want to comment on the in-store service at nanamica. I genuinely love your clothes and have been a loyal customer for many years, but every visit to the store ends up being a frustrating experience. When trying on clothes or asking for sizes, it often feels like the staff are reluctant to help, with a noticeably indifferent attitude. Many times, they are chatting among themselves or just wandering around, barely acknowledging customers at all. If this is considered part of the brand’s “style,” then unfortunately it’s not a style that works for me. The clothes are great, but the service is honestly a turn-off. After reading other low-rated reviews, a recurring pattern stands out: poor service is frequently mentioned, especially by Asian customers. This is concerning. It’s especially hard to understand that this is happening in a store owned by an Asian founder, representing an Asian brand. The clothes are great, but the service is honestly a turn-off.

Love this store! I randomly stumbled upon it when I was walking around Soho with my daughters. I was greeted by two associates fabulous girls fyi. They explained the concept to me and were giving me in depth explanations on all the product I was looking at. I ended up purchasing their cotton buff cloth dress SO CUTE! I love it. Will be coming back again soon ;)

Best customer service, those other comments do not know what they are talking about. I spent a lot of time with them discussing the history of Nanamica and they helped me find the perfect sizing of their clothing. Would 100% go again. they are my favorite staff in NYC by far!

looooove nanamica ! quality of the clothes is amazing…i have many pieces from them that have lasted me 4+ years and they look like i just got them yesterday :) staff is the best and super helpful, they’re so well versed in their product, makes it easy for me to choose my purchases well ! 10/10 recommend
