I booked my nail fill online with Sophie as a lot of the reviews I seen she did a great job and I couldn't of been more happier with my decision. She did amazing job never had this kind of experience at a salon before she was so nice and did exactly what I wanted. She was so gentle and I fault comfortable enough to relax my hands as most new places it usually takes me time to get comfortable. I really wish I brought more money as I wanted to tip her more. Definitely next time I will bring more thanks Sophie you are so talented this is my forever salon now.

Updating my review- i got my nails re done and that’s what i expect to see when i visit stylin nails-PERFECTION! The nail lady was humble and nice enough during the complimentary session. It felt like i’m back at to my go to nail place in the town! I hope that they maintain same level of service in future too!!

My overall experience at this spa was very disappointing. I called to book a same-day appointment and asked for a manicure and pedicure package. This was my first time at this salon, and at other places, this usually comes as a package deal. I wanted to try dip powder for the first time and mentioned that I normally get shellac. I also explained that I wasn’t familiar with the dip process but understood it to be applied directly onto natural nails, since I didn’t want fake nails. I specifically asked for a package and was told they’d try to fit in both services before closing, though they couldn’t guarantee it. When I asked for the total cost, they said it would depend on what they could complete that night and didn’t give an exact price. I assumed the dip powder would be part of the package since I requested one. When I arrived, the spa was very crowded. The pedicure chairs were placed awkwardly, facing all the manicure tables. It felt uncomfortable, and the chairs barely provided a massage, which was disappointing. The person who did my pedicure did a good job, but when I moved on to the manicure, the experience went downhill. The technician said that instead of dip powder, I should try something called solar nails. She kept insisting which made me uncomfortable, but she said it would look better for what I wanted and would only cost about $10 more, so I agreed to trust her professional opinion. What wasn’t explained was that solar nails are essentially fake nails. My intention was to have a long-lasting manicure on my natural nails, not artificial ones. The procedure took a long time, and throughout the appointment, the technician (Sophia) repeatedly complained about how busy it gets at night, which made me feel guilty for being there so late. At some point I realized that she was still creating the artificial nails and it was almost closing time, leaving only about 20 minutes for the colour, ombre, and nail art. The nail art felt rushed. I had adjusted my inspiration photo slightly, asking for the ombre to come from the sides instead of top to bottom. The ombre was fine, but the nail art lines were chunky, messy, and one shade of black. My inspiration photo showed clear, sharp, whispy lines, in varying shades of black. It looked even worse once the top coat was applied. I also didn’t notice until later that the polish around my cuticles was uneven. Since it was already past closing and Sophia was clearly frustrated, I didn’t want to ask her to fix it. When I went to pay, the total came to $124. I had expected everything to be under $100 and was shocked by the price. The next day, I called to see if they could fix four nails, since I wasn’t happy with how the nail art turned out. Their price list says they offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee, but they told me it wasn’t possible and that I’d have to pay again. That’s really unusual since most salons would fix it without issue, especially when the customer is unhappy and a potential new regular client. They made it seem like it was my fault for the poor results. Needless to say, I won’t be coming back. The owner should manage appointments more carefully, especially if employees are overwhelmed and complaining about how busy it is.

Been using this place since around Feb 2025 and absolutely šŸ’Æ šŸ‘Œ šŸ˜ love it there! I've taken several people with me so far! All the staff are very polite and efficient! Nitro saying my fave so she doesn't become too overbooked for me to fit it! The online booking is super easy and they remember your name when you return! Just love it there!
