Had a 3 day stay and the staff were excellent and could not do enough to make the stay special. Lots of healthy choices at the breakfast and lunch buffet (highly recommend the soup and beetroot bread). The 3 course evening meal was also good. I had a pedicure and facial and both treatments were excellent. Had a superior room which was very big, clean and had table and chairs in the private garden area which was very peaceful to sit in particularly as the weather was so good. Looking forward to visiting again.

Wow Wow Wow .!!!!Both my daughter and I have had the most amazing experience at this amazing SPA stay over. From check in to check out we have had just the best chilled time. I have been to lots of Spa stay overs but I can honestly say this is my favourite place. This is the Spa to me that’s got everything right from the treatments, staff amazing, fabulous food and drinks, relaxation area, swimming pools , sauna, jacuzzi, bike rides and walks around the grounds.|Our choice of breakfast, snacks, smoothies, evening meal ( Fillet Steak to die for, ) fabulous desserts and the service exceptional. APPEROL SPRITZ GORGEOUS.|The outside area where it has various seating to loungers where you can have food and drinks or just lounge in the sun was really well presented and spotlessly clean and tables cleared quickly. Even have a game of badminton.!! Lots of space .!!!|Our room was lovely and homely and had everything we needed was supplied. Fabulous range of Elemis products for bathing or showering.|Just want to thank Ella for my fabulous treatment you were amazing. Sooo knowledgeable, professional and made me feel at ease immune. My treatment was 5 star.|Peter the manager what a little diamond of a place you have . After meeting you I can see why. Stayed here as sort of a black Friday deal and glad we did, as it wasn't worth what is charged as a normal rate. The facilities are very dated and really could do with being improved. The spa is smaller than the pictures lead you to believe and means that there aren't many places to sit and relax, at one point, we had to go and sit outside to be able to get a seat. The meals were very nice, but the portions were small, The breakfast didn't have a great buffet choice, but lunch was very impressive and had lots of buffet options to choose from. Won't be coming here again, even if it is on a special offer or deal

With a reputation like Champneys I was able expecting a lot more than we got. Arrival was great, friendly staff greeted us with robes and flip flops in the correct size and shown around. ||The hospitality areas were great but the facilities are tired and run down. Changing rooms with disabled toilets not in use and only two other toilets in the ladies changing rooms. No where near sufficient loungers meant we were unable to relax poolside at all during our spa day. ||Welcome breakfast and lunch were pretty good buffet style but it’s the relaxation we came for but left disappointed.
