Absolutely not, went to this hairdresser about 6 years and the owner was recommended by a co worker at the time. I traveled about a hour and half to get my hair done and every time were going I had a decent experience. At the time the salon was set up that you got braided down for the sew-in then you went upstairs to get the hair to get sewn-in. This particular day the owner felt generous and gave the customer a free charge for her instillation while I had to pay. I know a owner can do what they want charge whatever but the way it was done and it was done based on a colorist stand point. I wasn't as knowledgeable about taking taking care of a closure or frontal and I didn't realize that the closure had a bald spot , I was told a price and I thought it wasn't a favor and I didn't buy it, nor I didn't get a discount on the closure with that blatant display of favoritism. I refused to pay for a closure for 400 dollars when I can buy bundles and closure from Amazon for way less, much less a couple times over. I told the owner to make bald closure work. I felt as though by her charging me the 400 for the closure was to make up the difference of the free sew-in of the new client sitting across me. I promise I never go back! Update 1/13/24 The owner posted and said she didn't try to charge me a 400 closure, lie- hit dogs holler, and don't try try to get the good Lord's name in this (reap what I sow so laughable)...but you didn't address the colorism issue. Every since I had that bad experience from the owner I have talked to people who no longer go there. Do Better! I am not changing this review, nor am I going back and forth its been 6 years-REALLY????????????????? AGAIN NEVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The BEST OF THE BEST!!! Jessica and her staff treats clients like family. She builds a bond with us that is priceless. She has the best hair that money can buy. And when you’re getting serviced you’re given the best serves that money can buy as well. I wouldn’t trade this beauty salon and the staff for nobody else. I absolutely love Jess beyond words. She’s an awesome beautician and an amazing friend 😘😘😘

I haven’t really tried your service yet but I’ve heard from a friend it was excellent. I was wondering if your business provide the service of doing 360 lace frontal sew-ins or partial lace frontal sew-ins. Also if I purchase hair from you and get it done by you/staff ,is it discounted ? How do I set up an appointment?

She also has the best virgin Brazilian, Cambodian, South American, and Indian hair available to buy as well as different closures on hand!!! It’s an amazing family oriented environment!!!
