I was just in and all the girls were so nice and helpful. There was an eyeshadow stick that I liked at Ulta, but they were sold out there, so the Sephora girls helped me color match and find one that I was really happy with. They were also super patient and let me try on a lot of lipsticks until I found one I loved. Left very happy.

You know it is going to be perfect. Some places you can just walk into and immediately know from the layout, the artistry, the way the staff conducts themselves, and a thousand other little small things that the place is going to be perfect. Perfect. Place always is. Not real fine. Tuned on the product lines, but this is where I go to get gifts for the women in my life and they are always so willing to take the time to explain things slowly that even I can understand it. And to do this without making me feel dumb? Brilliant. Always recommend this place

I personally like this location over the Bellevue sq one, Bellevue is super crowded sometimes while this Kirkland location is great to try out and purchase items with ease. Our stylist Meena was amazing, she helped us pick Merit perfume - absolutely love the fragrance and patiently answered questions, helped us with the checkout from her phone while the checkout queue was long! Highly recommend speaking with stylists at this store they are very personable, welcoming and make sure you choose the right product that suits you!
