We found Donna and her business, PetsRFamily, just over a year ago when our previous petsitter closed down his business. She was recommended to us from the daughter of a friend who had been using her for her dog. We have two cats and she has been wonderful with them. Before our first booking, she made a point to schedule a "meet and greet" with them so they could get to know her a bit before she came to take care of them when we were away. She makes a point of getting to know what routines work for them and our one cat, Milo, definitely lets her know when it's playtime! He absolutely loves her! She was also very thoughtful and compassionate when our other kitty, Boo Boo, passed away from cancer a few months ago. Donna always keeps us updated on how our cats are doing and sends photos when we are away, so we don't have to worry. She's very reliable, dependable and trustworthy. I also think her rates are very reasonable for the services she provides for our pets. It gives me tremendous peace of mind to know that our cats are being well looked after. She really goes above and beyond. We have recently adopted a new companion for Milo and I'm sure he will love Donna just as much as Milo does. I highly recommend her if you are looking for someone to take care of your furry friends.

We cannot recommend Donna highly enough! She cared for our beloved 2-year-old cat, PetePete, while we were away for two weeks, and she truly went above and beyond. Dona visited every day at the same time, making sure all of PetePete’s needs were met — and then some! She brought little gifts, sent us daily updates with reassuring photos of playtime, and gave him all the love and attention he’s used to at home. Not only did she keep our minds at ease with her thoughtful communication, but she also took care of our plants while we were away. Thanks to Dona, our vacation was completely stress-free. If you're looking for someone who will treat your pet like family, Dona is the one to call!

Had Donna look after my cat for the first time, she was constantly timely arriving. Spent time not only feeding but playing with my cat. Donna texts me that she was on her way, with more texts of photos of my cat eating, playing with the cat. If you're looking to get away you and need someone to care for your pet I highly recommend Donna.
