We paid for 4 pairs of pants that all needed the same altering (this was agreed on the first fitting) The first one was altered on our first visit after 20 mins and the rest ordered since they were not in stock. We really had a positive feeling after this visit. But next time, we came by thinking they would have been altered already, but alas. After waiting for 1 hour just to tell them to alter the pants the same way, we were told to come back in 2-3 days. After 2-3 days, we came by to quickly pick them up as we already lost a lot of time waiting... Only to hear they had somehow lost them. After half an hour (of searching??) they came back with the pants... We loved the store when it was in Wijnegem shopping center, but now we avoid it...
