Worst customer service; my partner was turned away because we don't have physical copies of our dental cards. He also saw 2-3 other people being turned away for various reasons. It seems like you make an appointment, wait 3 weeks, and get turned away for any reason they come up with. Waste of time. Edit to add: my partner tried to make another appointment for the new year when he'll have his own physical card for dental insurance and they told him because he never had an appointment he wasn't already a patient and they're not accepting new patients 🙃 you'd think they want to take care of patients instead of making them find somewhere else to get care!

I want to formally make a complaint about my experience with the appointment scheduler on June 26th, which happened at 10:42 am. I was talking to a woman, and she was very short and unprofessional. Usually, there are customer service prompts to say to a person that is trying to get an appointment scheduled, but the phone call was often met with awkward pauses where I had to tell her that I wanted my appointment scheduled. She was short with me and it seemed like she didn't want to do her job. I was so baffled at the way she was talking to me that I muttered the words, "oh my god" and hung up on her. Usually, I am forgiving about this sort of behavior, but she needs to be retrained. Also, I wanted to give her my insurance to make sure they took it, but she refused and said that I had to come in which is not true. I called another Dental Office and they took my info over the phone to make sure they took it. I don't think I will come back to this office for Dental work.

If I could leave ZERO STARS, I would. I wouldn't send my worst enemy here. I had little options due to insurance, but as a nurse, I have an understanding of how things should run and they treat you like cattle. I had part of a filling fall out/dental emergency from their work less than 7 days after it was completed and I was told they couldn't get me in for 2.5 weeks ... "all our emergency slots are filled, but you can just come sit here and wait for someone not to show up..." and pay for parking, too? RUN!
