Summit Family Dental Care is the best! I can't emphasize enough how important a front office staff is (to me) to earn and retain my business. This staff earned it! They are kind, friendly, and helpful! They were great with appointment scheduling and my challenging calendar. Dr. Erickson and his assistant Alissa were genuine and quickly made me feel comfortable, safe, and relaxed. I'm glad after 10+ years of avoiding the Dentist I took another persons recommendation and chose to trust this office. They totally helped me overcome my childhood serious PTSD about dentists. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had such a wonderful experience bringing my son to Dr. Erickson’s office for his very first dental cleaning! The entire staff was so kind, patient, and gentle — they made him feel completely comfortable and even excited to be there. Dr. Erickson took the time to explain everything, which really helped ease any nerves. A special thank you to Tiffani, the dental assistant — she was amazing! So warm, friendly, and great with kids. She helped my son feel calm and comfortable, which made the whole visit fun for him. The office is clean, welcoming, and very family-friendly. I truly appreciated how smoothly everything went from check-in to finish. It’s such a relief to know my son’s first dental experience was such a positive one. We’ll definitely be coming here for years to come — highly recommend Dr. Erickson, Tiffani, and the whole team!

Summit Family Dental lives up to its reputation as caring and innovative. I transferred from another dentist as I wanted an in-network coverage. The dental hygienist was one of the most thorough and gentle I have experienced. I am 75 and have all of my original teeth and am very careful with upkeep. Dr. Erickson explained how they could remove my 4 old metal fillings and replace them with modern materials. He was patient and explained things in terms I could understand. A few years back I used to have a dentist I really liked and was disappointed when they closed suddenly. I tried several others over the next few years, not happy with any of them. I needed to get in right away and the last place I used had no openings and referred me to Summit Family Dental Care. As soon as I pulled in the parking lot, I noticed how nice and modern the building was. My first thought was this would be expensive, but it was not. I was surprised at what I paid for the work that was done. I was there for cleaning, X-rays and an exam. During the exam the doctor found a wisdom tooth with a large crack in it. He said it needed to come out ASAP. I asked if it could be done today. With out a pause the Doctor that has never seen me before said yes. He would just work through his lunch due to a full schedule that day. I was blowen away. A first-time patient is getting that kind of treatment. Plus including the doctor, every one of the people there was friendly, professional, gentle and very compassionate and caring. Even the Novocain shots that numbed my face were the least painful I can ever remember and I hate needles. Fantastic work, great people and very fair pricing. For as long as I live in Southern Oregon Summit Family Dental Care will be the place I go. Thank you, Dr. Erickson and your incredible staff. GSB
