I also came here after several years of not seeing a dentist. They made me feel so comfortable it was great experience. I have been a patient now a few years. I set my appointment in Jan 2025 6 mis out. I received the rme8nder appt a week in advance, I made plans to fo out of town for a week. I calles to reschedule, she said we cant get you until until Feb 2026, I said that will be over a yr from my last visit. Ashe said yes, didn't care didnt try to offer tp put me on a cancellation., she was just oh well didn't have any customer service skills at all. I will no longer come here. The dentist amd the hygienist were always great. Ladies who answer amd schedule are not warm or welcoming and give off the impression they dont care about the patients. I did let her know I didn't want to wait over a yr for a cleaning be cause my last cleaning was Jan 2025. I will have to find someone else to get me in,she said ok. Again, didn't offer to put me on cancelation list

I had not gone to a dentist for almost 40 years due to fear from previous experiences. The team at Summit Heights are amazing and very understanding. They treated me with the up most compassion, care and consideration allowing me to feel good about myself and not embarrassed for the state in which my teeth were in. I am happy to say that after a lot of dedication and hard work by the team and Dr. Lagow, I am now supporting a Hollywood smile. I could not be happier and I encouraged anyone, no matter your situation to come meet the amazing staff and dentists at Summit Heights Dental care. I promise you that you will not be disappointed.

Dr. LaGow and his staff were extremely friendly and non-judgemental. He did a fantastic job on my teeth and I am extremely grateful for his expertise.
