Avoid to book loads with Landrum Tyson Because of the bad wether, we have informed them my truck will be late and we can not make appt. Since noone informed us that the delivery appt is changed for next day my team run due to bad weather conditions and when they checked in on time at receiver the appt was changed for next day. He changed my delivery appt without letting anyone know and avoid to pay layover. On recorded phone conversation he told me if I ask one more time for layover, he will charge me with a late fee (no matter that my team was on time for original appt and lost day)

Company don’t not pay dentention after 3 hours! I was at the receiver for 18 hours and they only pay me 150.00 for detention. This is an insult to the Carriers and make all brokerages look bad due to their lack of consideration for anyone’s time!

Awful broker. I wish I can give them 0 stars. They booked us on a load, had my driver go 45 miles empty, canceled a load 5min before the pick up time, and when we asked for TONU, they just replied rudely NO! Unprofessional by all means, avoid at all costs!

FOR CARRIERS: they will cut down your rate if you are 1h late to the appointment, they will however not issue a detention if you get stuck at a loading dock for 4-5 hours. They go on my blocked list for that 👍🏼
