Everybody, I’ve interacted with at this place is great. Evidence based and empathetic. Zack has done so much to improve my strength and conditioning, while accommodating my chronic pain and fatigue, and after one pelvic floor session with Moira, I felt more relaxed and focussed, which was an unintended, but very cool outcome. They both think and work out of the box to really meet you where you’re at. And Kurtis and Emma are fantastic as well

Health in Focus is the go to place in Kingston for any sport related injury..Great location and the staff are always warm and friendly.. dog included. First time with an elbow issue, very easy to set up an initial assessment with our go to Physiotherapist 'Maura' .. the best in Kingston ! Maura who is a great listener and easy to chat with took a detailed very thorough history. She was then able to communicate clearly a treatment plan and path to full recovery. I left feeling very confident that within a few sessions and some home exercises I would make a full return to workouts in the very near future. If you want the best.. I highly recommend Health in Focus.

From the time I walked in till the time I left was a great experience was I was greeted very nicely as soon as I walked in with a huge smile very personal. My assessment session with Zachary was amazing. He had so much knowledge and was very patient while explaining my injuries had answers to all my questions gave me some exercises to do from home until our next visit I would highly recommend them to anyone 10 stars absolutely

Great expertise; Maura is extremely knowledgeable and intuitive in assessing clients. She has been instrumental in my return to exercising post partum. I especially love the program app she uses for exercises. So much easier than using paper. Thank you Maura!!
