This company did an excellent job on our home. They were prompt and professional service, attention to detail, excellent workmanship, and thorough cleanup. They also praise clear communication, reasonable pricing, and the ability to meet and exceed our expectations.

I had to delete and modify my review since Mr. Austin hasn’t responded to any of my messages, emails, or phone calls. Mr. Austin and his team did my floors last May. Initially, they did fantastic, but the work has not held up, and I can’t get a hold of Mr. Austin to come and rectify the issue. It’s been barely over a year, and I now have soft spots throughout my house, my top luxury vinyl is cracking because of it, and it’s nearly $20 thousand wasted.
