Each class gives me what I need and that is due to the teachers. Shout out to my amazing teachers: Andrea, Michelle, Cynthia + Anna. Each challenges me in the best of ways + enrich my practice. Satsang is a gem and we are so lucky to have it in Westfield!

Satsang is my yoga home. I learned how to practice at Satsang. Andrea’s Bliss Express is the perfect balance of flow and fun. I always feel better after class. The vibe in studio is warm and welcoming. Although the pandemic has been a challenge, Satsang has been there for me and continues to be a wonderful escape from all of the craziness.
