So…. The location of the Grace and Savour is within the grounds of Hampton Manor, beautifully sprawling and English through and through. The welcome is warm and the hospitality is impossible to fault. Relaxed muted colours and utterly peaceful. We sat and had a drink before heading to the Chefs table, looking out at the courtyard which is beautiful and planed in an informal way. Watching the staff prepare the multiple courses intricately and with pride was a delight. We sat next to a lovely couple equally enthralled by the experience and especially the food. Due to work the next day I didn’t opt for the wine pairing ! The staff alternated to present the courses and explain its heritage and journey to the plate. The staff are a credit to themselves. Smiley and thoroughly passionate. We had the best experience and will, without doubt , return. Congratulations to you all for showcasing wonderful British produce at its finest. Fantastic tasting menu and wine pairing. You can really see why the restaurant has 5 Michelin stars, the quality, attention to detail and inventiveness of the cooking was outstanding. All of the staff were engaged, friendly, approachable and very knowledgeable. The evening was a true experience from start to finish and flew by. We stayed in one of the rooms which was lovely and dinner he next morning continued the same high quality

Where do you on gloomy day in England? Lunch Grace & Savour in the grounds of Hampton Manor . Which is beautiful any time of the year. But who cares about the weather when you are sat at one of the prime spots in a restaurant like this. This is not just any chefs table. It's huge,you can't miss it,as you walk-in. Saturdays is their only lunchtime service and the most affordable time to visit if you're on a budget. Where they serve a reduced menu at £90pp. It's a strict 12.00pm reservation,which most diners stuck to. Each course is prepared and served to the whole restaurant at the same time. This helps the flow of service. You don't get to see the menu until the end. If you really want to know,they will give you a copy,so you know what to expect. Being seated in prime position we could watch the chefs busy preparing each course and trying to guess what was next. As each dish is presented to you the ingredients are explained,before you tuck in to the delights. The restaurant is headed up by the very talented chef David Taylor and his lovely wife who overseas the smooth running of service. From the moment you walk into the gardens and through the door,you are warmly greeted just like old friends. Even though this was our first visit. The food and hospitality are second to none. Beautiful restaurant,exsquisite food,first class service in a stunning location. A foodie destination to rival any others.

Couples date. We had the Saturday tasting menu lunch, they only do one seating for mid day. Very good value, would definitely return for lunch and would like to try dinner. There were two dishes for the amuse bouche, both fantastic. The first was lamb and the second was fish. Then it was an asparagus starter, followed by a fish dish and then a lamb for the main. Dessert was amazing! We shared a bottle of red, the sommelier was lovely. Great service, great atmosphere. Perfect for lunch dates and meet ups.
