My wife also had issues with them. Even though she doesn’t have an account with them they were somehow withdrawing money. When she asked them to help her, they told her to talk to her employer and didn’t try to help or show empathy. Then they have a ‘review’ at the end and said to select a number from 1-5 for quality. When she pressed ‘1’ it said it ‘did not recognize that response’.

It takes forever to withdraw your investments. I had requested to withdraw my investments in March and April but the company had trouble issuing cheques twice in 6 business days. I still haven’t been able to receive my withdraw investments up to this date and now I’m trying to request it be transferred instead. It’s so hard to get your own money out, and I lost money for the withdrawal as well. I don’t recommend SunLife.
