I'm honestly so baffled at how this company keeps customers. I called sunlife three seperate times to check on two forms I had to submit to give my financial advisor access to my account and to get into the home buyers program. The first two lied and told me things were still processing, the third rep told me I didn't even have the one form submitted and then a week later my advisor (who is a life saver) informed me that they haven't recieved any info for either form and that she could get them processed. I could have lost the house and my deposit for the house due to the negligence of the people on the "help" line. Please train your people better. There is real world implications to your lack of knowledge on how to do your job. Also don't lie because you don't know something. Find someone who does. Thanks.
