I faced one of the worst experience. The call center sucks there is no customer value after you make the payment. I had ordered the idli plates and it was delivered to a location that was 48kms away from the said destination. After repeatedly calling them for the second delivery again they repeated the same. I had to pay 2 times extra for transportation through porter to acquire the plates. After getting those plates I see they are damaged withing the box when the box remains intact. It is clearly evident that damaged plates were sent to me with intension. When I approached the customer care to return it ...they are asking me to courier it where as I have already paid most of the transportation from my hand. Don't go by the reviews in the Google. They are self written. I came to know later as many people faced this issue from this company but had not written the review as most of them were street vendors and they did not know how to write.
