Saw a tanker backing out from the enter area so I called and ask why, she said he is early for his appointment, so they go by appointment time. While in the gate a box truck pulls in to enter and now hes back out park on side street I guess he is early for his appointment. They are strict thats because they get a lot of trucks tankers big and small box trucks and only one van truck gets loaded at a time the loaded or unloader is the same person that will escort you to dock its NOT tight backing for 53VAN, but I feel getting through the gate is probably the longest wait because of the drivers coming early that they turn away they take room up when your there at 8am sharp the outside of this place is small and theres a lot of traffic and road gets backed up took me 30mins before I got to gate. They DO NOT OPEN EARLY 8AM SHARP IS WHEN THEY OPEN I ASK ALL THESE QUESTIONS. O FYI when you get inside gate you have to walk to door and check in on computer make sure you know your truck plate numbers, then return to truck intill someone comes and gets you.

The people here are very nice, but their process is ridiculously slow. First you have to wait at the gate for an escort. They used to buzz you in so you could drive up to the line and check in. Now check in takes up to 30 minutes sometimes because you have to wait for the guys who unload to stop what they're doing and drive all the way to the front and help you. They could hire a guard for that and expedite the process. You're almost guaranteed 15 minutes as it is. It's not uncommon to be stuck here for an hour or more just to deliver one or two things. Love the people but I dread the process and how it destroys my schedule.
