If I could give 6 stars for Mario’s customer service I would…wow. We walked in blindly (pun intended) and asked about insurance coverage. Mario went out of his way to reach out to our vision insurance company multiple times. He communicated with me every step of the way. We established a plan of attack; I picked out frames; gave him my prescription; and am now waiting for my new glasses. Well done, Mario!!

Visionworks Ahwatukee Foothills is the best! The staff is amazing! I needed new glasses and I take “forever” to choose my frames. Hours browsing their frame selection. Trying on several frames. They are very patient and kind. I felt very comfortable there. Once I made my selections and received my 3 pairs of glasses, they required adjusting to my comfort level. Again they were patient because I came back several times until they fit just right for me. I needed to get a remake on one of the frames, no problem. Another frame just did not work out for me, no problem, I was able to select a different frame. They had a 100 day return advertisement which worked out perfectly. I know I’m a “particular” type of consumer, but they all were very understanding of me. I loved and appreciated the service I received from everyone on staff there! Thanks Michelle, Mario, and everyone else that made my experience so great!!!

I used to really like going here- however after being overcharged by $120 for the wrong type of contacts that is not on my prescription and that I asked 3x not to get and then waited a month for, I won’t be back. Also because of this, I missed out on my full insurance benefit. When I ordered them I even commented that it seemed like a lot of money and was just told “that’s how much they are”. The optometrists themselves are very nice, I just won’t be doing anything more than an eye exam here in the future (if I do come back), don’t feel like getting screwed over again by someone who refuses to both order what’s on the prescription and what the customer asked for 3x and then wait a month again. Not sure when they just started ordering whatever they want and charging customers whatever regardless of what is on the prescription and what the customer attempted to verify.
