Luca called me up and asked if I would let him come back and give him a chance to do the windows to my satisfaction. Once again I found him to be curtious, kind, and professional. I had not realized they had 100% guarantee with thier work. I said yes, and got an education as well as clean windows. I appears that my windows are older and the seal between the windows was not intact. Therefor some of what I preceived as streaks was actually a fog on the inside of some of the windows which you only see when the sun is at a certain angle. He did however conceed that there were some spots where they could have used more water. I was impressed that it was not about who was right or wrong but that he wanted to do the job right and to my satisfaction. Thank you for my clean windows Luca, and I look forward to seeing you again in spring. Keep up the good work!

Drove into the yard at dusk to see the glass deck rail sparkle. Appreciated they were able to fit me into the schedule. Great communication. Great service. Windows are wonderfully clean. 5 diamonds!
