I had a highly disappointing experience with Saphalya Design Studio. I entrusted them with designing the interior of my bungalow, but it turned out to be one of the worst decisions I've made. The quality of work was substandard, with cheap and low-grade materials being used despite assurances of high-quality craftsmanship. The owner was arrogant and highly irresponsible throughout the project, making the entire process extremely stressful. Not only did he fail to honor the original contract, but he also demanded additional money mid-project. Even after paying the extra amount, he left the work incomplete and resorted to unprofessional behavior, including blackmailing me for more money to finish the job. I have attached images and videos as proof of the low quality of work and the incomplete state in which the project was abandoned. I had to hire another contractor and spend additional money to finish the work he left behind. This firm lacks ethics, reliability, and professionalism. I strongly urge anyone considering Saphalya Design Studio to think twice before engaging with them. Avoid this company if you value your peace of mind and your hard-earned money.
