We want to say many good things about Mark Biller of Professional Property Management. He has had many small projects fixed in our building at Quaker Valley in a very short time. For the last few years things were not fixed like a door that scratched the tile floor or a sliding door that was not properly secured in the common social room. He took care of windows that needed to remain closed during the winter as well as doors that were left wide open during the cold months. He made sure that recent rentals had a one year lease. He recently replaced locks on our main doors. In the past we asked that the directories on the buildings be updated. Yet, they never were updated. Now they are updated by last names and condo numbers. He organized a better system of designating a time for each building to leave the parking lots so they could be plowed. These might seem like little updates; however, they mean so much to many of us who have made requests many times before Mark and his company took over the management. Mark cares about the well being of the owners at Quaker Valley. We feel fortunate to have him managing our complex. Harriet & Howard Wasser
