First the team came our new house for deep cleaning when we moved . The service was amazing they made the flat like new apartment . Hence I called the team for stove cleaning and carpet the stove which I thought I have to trough and buy new one they made it look like brand new . Wonderful job done all the 5 guys who did the cleaning I rate them excellent

Im not one to write a review but when I do it's beyond bad. Absolute the worst "deep" cleaning company ever used! Claim they do deep cleaning service and that there would be 4 people in the apartment for a large 2 bedroom apartment with a huge balcony. But when I went by coincidence to the apartment I found only 2 guys cleaning the bedrooms and the kitchen and living room weren't even started yet at 2pm and they told me they would finish at 3pm. They claim they scrub the floor and walls etc. On the balcony yes the guy was doing it with a machine but inside it was just normal cleaning and someone who barely speaks English. They claim the supervisor would be there but no supervisor to be found. When I called the supervisor he said there should be 4 people I told him what I saw and that I won't pay 700 dirhams for a cleaning that's not done properly and if they don't they can leave so instead of finding a solution and taking full responsibility he said 2 people were sick which I didn't think to inform me on and that he sent them away. So they just wasted my time and day where I could have gotten a proper company to come which is actually professional and does what it claims. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

I would like to share my review for the service I opted today, Ali , Hassan , kamal , kesar these 4 men were assigned for the deep cleaning of the house, we are left with no words for their dedication and their work ethics they have done an incredible job and we were happy with their service, house looks spick and span and ready for the festive season , glad we opted your service and the boys were outstanding with thier work. Thanks a lot we will recommend as well as opt the service again in the future
