I couldn't be happier with the care that Arden Courts provides to my Step-dad. I moved him from a miserable memory care unit in Michigan to Arden Courts about 2 months ago. The facility staff immediately understood his needs and keep him safe, healthy and actively engaged in meaningful activities. The constant updates, pictures and quick responses to my questions are remarkable. The physical space is beautifully maintained, the food is excellent and the staff is welcoming, kind and truly understands the unique care required for Alzheimer's and other dementia residents. I highly recommend Arden Courts and thank everyone for their care and support. ❤️

Arden Courts is an incredible memory care facility. All of the staff are so caring and involved. The enrichment programs are thoughtfully planned and executed in such fun, interactive ways. I have witnessed such patience and kindness from every staff member; the leadership team is very involved and knows each resident like family and its clear that they all love their jobs. Ly is especially amazing at meeting all of the residents where they are to make sure they are included in social/enrichment activities and kept as active as possible. We are so happy to have found Arden Courts for my mom.

My Mom is my 4th family member that I have taken care of with Alzheimer's/Dementia diagnosis. Those family members were at multiple places around Chesterfield/Amelia. When I toured Arden Courts the concept was so different than any of the facilities we had dealt with. Mom's quality of life, mood and attitude has improved 100% percent living at Arden. The activities offered for the residents and families are amazing. The staff have grown to be extended family. They not only care about your family member but you as well. They always go out of their way to make Mom feel loved, comforted and cared for. I never have a question, or concern that isn't answered with a call, text or email. There is no such thing as perfect, but Arden has the best interest of your loved one at heart. Every facility is facing staffing shortages, that is true. But the staff there love your family members and work hard to accommodate their all the needs. After many years caring for my family members, Arden Courts have made it possible for me to be a daughter and enjoy visiting with Mom knowing she is cared for, when I leave. January 2, 2025 marked a year of Mom living at Arden, as a family we agree this was the BEST decision we could have made for Mom.

Volunteering at the Memory Care facility was a wonderful experience. Working with the residents and the amazing staff was incredibly rewarding. The opportunity to help wrap gifts, decorate a personal tree, and engage in conversations with the residents about their families was nothing short of heartwarming. It was a privilege to contribute to the residents' happiness and to be a part of such a caring community. If you're looking for a volunteer opportunity that is both fulfilling and impactful, I highly recommend getting involved with this Memory Care facility.
