Yesterday I had a massage by Christina, & she was fabulous! She asked if I had any issues that we then discussed. And then she did her magic massage moves, which were both relaxing & therapeutic. She’s able to be light & gentle, but can also get into those deep hard knots. Additionally, she’s informative about natural remedies, exercises, stretching, etc that can help with home routines to maintain good muscle flexibility & strength. I don’t think you can go wrong with a massage by Christina at Sunshine Salon & Spa in Poway, CA.

The professionals at this salon are wonderful and so talented. Cathy Filippone is an amazing guy gifted nail technician and I have never enjoyed such wonderful care. My nails always look professional and perfectly manicured!
