david diMatt and his team were exceptional. I conducted a thorough due diligence on installing a multizone Mitsubishi hyper heat system at my house. Out of the dozen quotes I received from local HVAC companies, I decided to go with MMS because of Matt’s knowledge on heat pumps, fair pricing, and great attitude. Matt and his installers went above and beyond to accommodate my timeline and installation requirements. They finished the job on time and as promised. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a HVAC solution.
Phouphet SOur 10 year old water heater needed gas valve replaced and Matt was able to come next day to fix it. Unfortunately after installing new part, still error message. Matt was always kind, explain everything very well and tried his best. He came back with new pressure switch, that did not fix problem. He did not charge me for additional diagnostic and part since he could not fix problem. He contacted water heater company to get additional support and they recommended replacing it. Next day he was able to install new water heater for me for very fair price. They were careful and tidy in taking out old heater and installing new water heater. This was best service compared to other company that initially came, Atlas. They were quoting me so much $$$ for the part replacements. I found the part for 3 times less. They lost my trust after seeing the price differences. So lucky I found Matt and his company. Highly recommend. We need more trustworthy people like Matt that do a great job.
