I had my first massage ever today with Susan to help address some health issues. I was a little anxious but Susan was great. Very professional and kind. I felt delightfully relaxed and calm afterwards and am eager for my second massage.

I purchased a 1 hour massage gift card from Susan to give my mother for her birthday. When my mother tried to use the gift card she was informed that she would have to wear a mask the entire duration of the massage. As my mother has breathing issues she informed Susan she wouldn't be comfortable during the massage. I called Susan to ask for a refund of the gift card so I could get my mom a comfortable experience somewhere that didn't require a mask. She refused to refund the gift card saying my mom could just give it to someone else to use. I informed her this was for my mom's birthday and I wanted her to have an enjoyable massage but she still refused to offer a refund. After a bit of an argument she agreed to refund half of the amount but only if I sent her a pre addressed and stamped envelope in the mail that she could send me a hand written check with. I would highly recommend going elsewhere for a massage. I would not give sunstone massage and body work your buisness. Susan stone is not a kind or undstanding person
