This hotel was an absolute nightmare. The staff were not only unhelpful but downright rude, and at times their behavior felt openly discriminatory. Instead of feeling welcome, I felt singled out and treated with hostility — something no guest should ever experience. The property itself was filthy. The hallways reeked of a horrible stench, the carpets were stained, and my room looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks. The bathroom had mold, the towels smelled bad, and the sheets were questionable at best. It was impossible to relax in such disgusting conditions. When I complained, the front desk brushed me off as if my concerns didn’t matter. The lack of professionalism and basic respect was shocking. If you care at all about cleanliness, service, or being treated with decency, do yourself a favor and stay far away from this place. Worst hotel ever

This looks like an independent motel and not a chain. It has a fairly simple look and feel to the outside. But the rooms are very clean, and the building inside and out is well maintained. There is easy access off the Interstate, but pretty quite inside the rooms. There are some pleasant sitting areas outside facing either East or West, to enjoy a Sunrise or sunset. PS I was passing through again, two months later. It was so nice the first time, we stayed here again. As before, great price, super clean, and unique comfortable decor. This will continue to be my "go to" place to stay when on the road through Eastern Iowa.

Super cute rooms!!! Perfect pricing, great location and super convenient. The room was adorable, air conditioning worked great, and out of our whole weeks vacation it was the best sleep I got on the entire trip. Would stay here again for sure.

This is definitely the neatest place we have stay during our month on the road! The room is decorated the way i would like my home to be. The yard is awesome with a gazebo and chairs to sit and lookout from high up here. The price you can't complain about that with what it looks like. I love this type of motel, 1 floor, park out front and walk in the door. It's too bad this style seems to be fading away. Definitely stay here if your looking in this area!
