Our stay at the Hilton was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. The room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable, with thoughtful details that made it feel both luxurious and relaxing. Everything was perfectly maintained, making it easy to feel at home. The service throughout the hotel was outstanding—professional, friendly, and always attentive. Every staff member we encountered went out of their way to ensure we were comfortable and well taken care of. Breakfast was a real highlight, especially the wide range of healthy options available. Fresh fruits, nutritious choices, and well-prepared dishes made it easy to start the day feeling energized and happy. A special mention goes to Mohit, who looked after us during breakfast. He was incredibly kind, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. His warm attitude and excellent service truly made our mornings special and added a personal touch to our stay. Overall, this was a fantastic experience, and we would absolutely recommend this Hilton to anyone looking for comfort, great service, and a high-quality stay. We look forward to returning!

I recently completed an extended, month-long stay at the hotel, and I wanted to share my detailed experience. Overall, the consistent quality of service made the long duration highly enjoyable. The staff members are truly the heart of this establishment, and for the vast majority of my visit, their professionalism and warmth were exceptional. The service provided by the breakfast staff was outstanding and deserves the highest praise—a solid 10/10. Every single day, we were greeted with a bright smile, and their cheerful attitude was the perfect start to my morning. A massive and sincere thank you goes to Kemouna, Holley, Harpreet, and Nitin for their daily dedication and warmth. Similarly, the front desk team was overall amazing, providing a warm welcome whenever I passed by, and they also earn a 10/10 rating. I specifically want to thank Sruji and Chieka for always being so genuinely welcoming and helpful throughout. Unfortunely we experienced one incident that was highly unprofessional and disappointing. I had to extend my stay and received two new room keys. That evening, as my baby’s early bedtime prevented me from leaving the room, I went to the front desk and specifically asked if I could leave one of the new cards for my brother (who was staying with me) to pick up later. The employee agreed, asked me to write his name, and confirmed he needed to show ID. However, when my brother went to the front desk to get the pre-arranged key, he encountered a different employee who was rude and ignorant, refused to help him, and ultimately kicked him out. This stark lack of poor professional conduct was the only major flaw in what was otherwise a brilliant stay, and it stands in sharp contrast to the excellence demonstrated by the teams mentioned above!

They were especially helpful and understanding when I needed to extend my checkout, making the whole process smooth and stress-free. The breakfast each morning was amazing, with a wide variety of fresh, delicious options to choose from. On top of that, they offered complimentary tea, water, coffee, and even cookies throughout the day, which was such a thoughtful and extra special touch. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a warm, welcoming, and well-cared-for stay. I’ll definitely be returning!
