Got there to find the sheets and blankets dirty in the 1st room. Only to be told by the staff "they are clean this happens..." no as a business you take soiled laundry and replace it... not try to lie to customers faces about how it's clean. Mold and dirt everywhere as well as poor upkeep. Best to stay away from here when looking for a room.

The rooms are filthy and are infested with cockroaches and bed bugs. The staff are very rude as well I heard them talking shift behind peoples backs and the hotel is in a terrible part of town with nothing worth while around.

The staff was professional and welcoming. The rates are affordable and much lower than I expected. I definitely was impressed. They respected our privacy, our room was immaculately cleaned and charming. The owners have put a lot of money and time into this property. You can see they care about the comfort of their guest. I will always book a room at this establishment whenever I need a place to stay. My only desire would be to have frozen meals and ice cream novelties available for sale in the office or vending area.

My partner and I stayed here with our children last night. I had to leave early with my children and my partner was responsible for check-out. At check-out he was held in the office for over 30min while they inspected the room. The owner came back throwing a huge fit about the room being dirty after asking what he means he said there was hair on the floor from when I had brushed my daughters hair. Im not sure what the point of having a housekeeper is if I'm supposed to make sure every inch of the room is cleaned before I leave. Honestly this property should be more concerned about the black mold that is in the shower, all the cigarettes laying in the stairwell, and the people smoking dope and drinking tall boys outside their rooms. Before we left the room we made sure all our trash was put in or next to the trash can I didn't realize as I'm traveling over 800 miles I was supposed to travel with a vacuum to make sure their floors were left spotless. This has always been our go to hotel as it's cheap and somewhere to lay our heads when we are in town but after today's incident I doubt we will be back!
