We stayed in a king bed suite with a river view and it was very nice. We were on the top floor and had a great view of the riverfront area. There was room for a small couch and coffee table which made it very easy to relax in the room between city excursions.||Breakfast in the dining room was good and we were given a discount voucher to cover part of the meal. There is open area parking and secure assigned parking for guests. They do have a free shuttle service that we did not use.||Walking in the riverfront park was pleasant. It's a short walk to the downtown area.||The staff were all very helpful and friendly. We would definitely stay there again on future trips to Saskatoon.

Stayed two nights with my wife and three young children. We had booked a room in the West Wing for 110 a night. When we arrived we found out that the pool was out of order due to renovations. With three young kids, the hotel pool is a pretty important part of the stay. The front desk upgraded us to a newly renovated room in the tower at no extra cost, gave us a parking spot in the secure parking garage, and also gave us free passes to any pool in the city. This was over and above what I expected and we were very pleased with this level of service. We made good use of the free passes and the kids had a blast at the Shaw Centre pool. Rooms were fantastic and the staff at the hotel were great. We have stayed here multiple times over the last few years and have always had a good stay. I would recommend this hotel for sure!

What an absolutely disappointing stay. Before check in we received an email stating that the pool would be under renovation until September 30th. No problem, it’s October 17th. Nope, still shut down. The rooms are soooooo hot and uncomfortable after having cool on for 5+ hours we called down to get a fan because it’s unbearable. For a beautifully renovated room, the tv is awful. No smart features that actually work, so stuck with a crap remote fighting to try and watch anything on tv. 1/10 for this overpriced stay.

Let me start this off.. by saying this is by far the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at in Saskatoon the customer service,and hospitality literally blew me away! They were very helpful, as my wife was in the hospital for a surgery and they were very accommodating with extending parking and shuttle service. The room was very clean and had all options that we needed, the restaurant and pub were very good as well. The shuttle was definitely an added bonus as parking at the hospital is a headache to say the least. All front desk staff, and shuttle drivers were very friendly. Would definitely stay here again!
