We moved to a new house in December and the front steps had some serious issues - it was actually quite treacherous with the ice this winter! Glen and Super K were recommended by a friend and we had a great experience. He came to look at the site on Sunday, and by Wednesday the work was done! The price was so reasonable, I couldn't believe concrete repairs could be so affordable. They showed up on time and made the whole process so easy for us as homeowners. I have a new construction home and part of our sidewalk sits on a steep hill. That issue combined with typical house settling was causing gaps to form between the ground and the concrete under the entire length of sidewalk. We called Super K Mudjacking because they had solid 5 star reviews, and I can see why! Glen came out and evaluated the situation and shortly thereafter the job was done. He let us know what the project would look like and what to do after it was completed. We were relieved to see the sidewalk had support again, as waiting when there are cavities under concrete is not good. (Cracks were already forming so it was urgently needed). I found the team to be friendly, quick and respectful of the property. They left no mess for me to deal with. They cored the holes and then did the mudjacking and sealed them up cleanly. I spoke with Glen at length about mudjacking and slopes, and settling and water etc, and he had a wealth of information and good advice that you just can’t find online. His many years of experience shows. I don’t leave reviews unless the company I’m reviewing was amazing, or the company really dropped the ball. Super K Mudjacking was amazing and I highly recommend them! I know sinking around a new home may continue for years, even decades, so Super K Mudjacking has earned a home on my phones contact list now. Thanks Glen & team for literally saving my sidewalk and all the great advice. I really appreciate the care you took to ensure our sidewalk was properly supported.
