Super moving bros definitely worked diligently and got me out of a tight spot loading up my home and shop for a cross country move. I believe I was very clear and up front with the scope of what all I had to deal with but was still surprised that two extra guys showed up when only one extra was agreed upon after the initial walkthrough with Kevin. A fair amount had to be re packed by myself and neighbors after they were “done” to utilize lots of wasted space in the trailer. Even my neighbors were surprised by numerous big “voids.” I could have done a better job at directing and orchestrating, but as I got to the section they packed I found some loading practices that are… frustrating. Things stepped on that shouldn’t have been. Furniture with sharp objects close to the upholstery. Most of all, outdoor power equipment that was loaded without being checked for gasoline, including full gas cans. I asked where they had gone as they had been set aside, and was told they are already in the trailer. There was a decent size oil slick in the trailer from one of them leaking, which good thing I own the trailer, otherwise… It ended up being a larger job than Kevin expected, and enthusiasm was definitely down when they had to return. The urgency for them to “leave” was evident. Brandon was hard to contact through the entire process, and harder to get an invoice from. Like I mentioned they are diligent workers, but supervision is absolutely required.

We’ve moved several times personal and business. This move was the easiest and smoothest move ever. It started with Brandon at the office, quick, responsive and professional. Then our three man crew showed up and from the moment they arrived, we were impressed. Kevin the team leader, Derrick, Acea. These three were amazing, strong, courteous, polite bedtime belief and dedicated to their jobs. Their attention to detail was great. We are more than pleased and we highly recommend their company. I had an excellent experience with Super Moving Bros. This was my first time hiring movers, and John and Lucas made it an incredibly smooth process. They did an incredible job loading everything onto the truck swiftly and efficiently, which was a huge stress reliever for me. Brandon was also fantastic—he thoroughly followed up with me to ensure everything was set for moving day and to address any questions I had. Their professionalism and punctuality were top-notch. I highly recommend Super Moving Bros to anyone looking for a stress-free and reliable moving experience.

I could not have a more perfect moving experience in spite of U-Haul trying to be the worst ever. I wish this company was available nation-wide, because I've never worked with a more consciencious and efficient moving company in all my life. U-Haul had an issue where someone had booked their reservation under my account, cancelling the moving help I'd requested with them for Super Moving Bros. I was trying not to panic, but by the time I'd sent Brandon a message via the chatbox, he was already on it, calling U-Haul to figure out what the problem was. I was able to resolve my end of issues with U-Haul, and Brandon was available by chat whenever I needed him, making sure my reservation was exactly as I needed it to be. The day before the movers came, Brandon called and walked me through the whole process, asked all the questions he needed to and assured me of everything I was nervous about. Kevin and Asa were incredibly cool, efficient, and honestly so extraordinarily professional they should be giving master classes on how to exceed customer expectations. They let me know where they were, informed me of any delays, called me whenever there was an issue at U-Haul just to let me know when to expect them back so I wouldn't worry, and were just all around amazing. When I moved here from Texas, my movers literally threw in everything in the box and there was a a good amount of damage. Brandon had the prescience of mind to recommend me getting ratched ties to help with the shifting of boxes, and we watched Kevin and Asa Tetris everything with efficiency and purpose. It was the thoughtfulness that I appreciated most, and it was evident how the company cared about doing a phenomenal job. I couldn't recommend Super Moving Bros enough. You definitely won't regret them.
