Angelo AndrewsPreviously my go to phone repair shop till now I even recommended friends to go there to repair their phones but no more. I recently had a new phone screen protector installed by the staff at the store and within three weeks it started to peel off at one end, I went back to the store to speak to the staff about replacing the screen cover with a new one as a warranty repair. The store representative told me that there was no way the screen protector had been installed incorrectly and that someone must have removed the cover and reinstalled it incorrectly and that is why the cover is coming off and refused to replace it point blank would not accept that it was not correctly installed or that the screen protector was faulty in the first place. Wow what an attitude for a $10-$15 screen protector which they charge $40.00 installed, he obviously has the wrong attitude to be in business. Answer to your question below - you never made a phone call on my phone,so I dont know how you can claim that you cant hear when talking to someone. The phone works fine and I can hear when talking on the phone, please stop making excuses. You have lost me as a customer just be honest with yourself. So now you admit it was installed incorrectly and yet you wont replace it
