Do not purchase a vehicle from here! If you have and you realized they sold you a lemon do not contact them or use their “onsite mechanic”. They do not have an onsite mechanic. It’s a 3rd party mechanic then when you go to court they will say they do not have a mechanic. Even though you purchased it “as is” you are protected under UCC Title 12A S 2-608, which allows buyers to revoke acceptance of a vehicle if a non conformity substantially impairs its value, And you accepted without knowing the full extent of of issues. If you purchased it immediately file a claim for less then $50 using pettylawsuitbot, and represent yourself in court you WILL win. I will continue reporting this fraudulent company weekly to the UMVCP until this business gets their license revoked for the fraudulent business they conduct! Do your research if you have been scammed by this business there are multiple laws that protect consumers! I wish I did it right when I purchased a truck from this place but since I sucked it up and just tried making it work I screwed myself over. I will run this business to the ground mark my words. I’ll sit outside with a sign to deter future buyers and I’m gonna start doing that this week! They picked the wrong one my campaign against them has just begun since our little lawsuit is over. I came in yesterday hunting for a Honda CRV or SUV. Taylor, the salesperson, showed me a 2011 CRV and a 2013 CRV. I liked the 2013. Taylor said they wouldn't accept my SSDI as a form of income and I had to be employed (discriminatory) when I was trying to put $4k down on a $7k vehicle. She then proceeds to tell me that I can probably get a loan from the bank easier and writes me a bill of sale to take the the bank on Monday. After telling me to apply for a loan elsewhere and to come back on Monday, she calls me and tells me that she used MY INTEREST in the vehicle as a sales pitch and sold it to another couple. Absolutely disgusting company.

Danny was very responsive to my requests. We needed information quickly as we had to make plans to travel from out of state to inspect/purchase the car. He sent an additional video and gave us the opportunity to thoroughly inspect the Volvo prior to purchase. My wife and I appreciated the efforts made by the gal processing the paperwork as she worked quickly and efficiently knowing we had a long drive ahead of us.
